We offer a fair cancellation policy to give you as much opportunity as possible to cancel items before they are processed. All of this can be done by contacting us through E-mail, call, or messenger and requesting to cancel your order. Please provide us with your order number when requesting a cancellation. You may cancel any in-stock order that has not yet been processed without any penalty. Once an order has been processed or shipped you may no longer cancel that order. Should you wish to return the order once you receive it you may do so at your own shipping cost without reimbursement from us, unless it's a pre-owned or open box item in which case ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If any order shipment is refused by you and returned back to us we will deduct the shipping fees and there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase refund total.
Most pre-orders may be canceled up to the month the item is to be released. Payment for pre-orders is processed when the product is processed at the time the Pre-order is placed and the item will ship immediately once it is available. All Pre-Order items may be cancelled up to the month that the item is to be released and may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee charged and deducted from the original purchase refund total. Any Non-Refundable Deposits (NRD) paid at the time of placing a preorder will not be eligible for refund or store credit and will be forfeit by you upon cancellation of preorder.
To cancel a pre-order please contact us by E-mail and request a cancellation. Any customer who cancels more than twice, may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit or full payment upfront for all future pre-orders. At our sole discretion, we may also close your account and any accrued rewards points or affiliate credits will be cancelled and forfeited.
When items are added to a shipment we begin the process of fulfilling your order. Once a tracking number has been updated on an order it can no longer be cancelled and any returns will be subject to our return policy. Shipments are created when:
- You place an order for in stock items and request that they ship immediately
- Pre-orders that have arrived and were requested to ship immediately upon arrival
Payments in Process
Once we have processed your payment you will no longer be able to cancel the order. Any cancellations done after the payment has been processed may be subject of up to a 20% restocking fee.
