TOYCO Rewards Points (Zeniberries) – Expiration Terms & Conditions

By participating in the TOYCO Rewards Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms regarding the expiration of rewards points (“Points”).

1. Point Expiration Timeline
All Points redeemed by a customer will expire 12 months (365 days) from the date they are redeemed into a discount, coupon, or reward.

Example: If you redeem Points on January 1, they will expire on January 1 of the following year if unused.

2. Definition of “Redeemed”
“Redeemed” refers to the moment Points are converted into any reward, discount code, or promotional value—not the date the reward is used at checkout.

3. Unused Rewards
If a customer redeems Points for a reward but does not use that reward within the 6‑month validity period, the reward will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.

4. No Cash Value
Points and redeemed rewards have no cash value, are non‑refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or store credit.

5. Non‑Transferability
Points and rewards may not be transferred, sold, or combined between customer accounts.

6. Program Changes
TOYCO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, including expiration rules at any time. Any changes will not affect rewards already redeemed unless required by law.

7. Fraud or Abuse
TOYCO may cancel points or rewards if fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the Program is suspected.
