Another re-do of a retail release from the past. This time he comes in the darker blues that recent Saiyan armor has been. His hair is translucent yellow like Gohan (and Goku exclusives previously). He’s also coming with the new larger Energy aura seen with Goku recently, and some electric bolts. Pretty solid display piece right there.
